dealt with.
To minimize the scale build up follow the below procedure:
Empty the kettle after each use. Do not leave the water to stand in it overnight.
If the water in your area is particularly “hard”, you may consider using filtered
water instead of tap water.
Rinse the kettle with clean water and wipe its walls whenever you notice film on
the water after boiling or you see scale start to build up on the inside surfaces of
the unit.
PROBLEM SOLVING
The kettle switches OFF before it has boiled:
The kettle may need to be de-scaled
The kettle may have accidentally been used without water, causing the safety
cut-out device to operate.
The kettle does not work:
Check that the power supply is switched on at the wall socket and that the plug is
pressed in firmly and properly.
STORING THE APPLIANCE
Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and clean all the parts as instructed above.
Ensure that all parts are dry before storing.
Store the appliance in its box or in a clean, dry place.
Never store the appliance while it is still wet or dirty.
Never wrap the power cord around the appliance.
