When the actual heart rate > target heart rate: 

The equipment will automatically decrease the incline and / or speed until the user reaches the target pulse. 

 

9. Sleep mode 

In standby status, if users do not press any key within 10 minutes, then the system is automatically into 

power saved mode. Press any key to start the system, smart and energy-saving. 

 

10. Safety mode: 

Under any circumstance, unlocking safety key can stop treadmill.  

 

11. No running mode 

Press speed 6 and incline 6 at the same time on standby status for 2S, it will start/stop no running mode. On 

this mode, the treadmill will stop automatically if detect no one on the treadmill for 5 minutes.

USB charging function 

You can charge your phone by connect the USB drive on dash board. (only support ordinary charge) 

 

13. Bluetooth audio function

 

On standby status, middle window display blue tooth series number, X9-xxxxx

connect phone blue tooth 

by this number. You can play music on your phone after connected. Keep it in proper volume. 

 

14. Heart rate detects function 

On standby status, press shift could turn on/off bluetooth. If wearing bluetooth heart rate equipment, the 

window will display heart rate.

 

 

15. Total time and total distance check 

Press incline 3 and speed+ at the same time for 2S, meter will show your total time and total distance. 

Middle window shows total time or total distance. Through shift button to switch the content, press stop 

button to esc.

 

 

16. Power off  

It is okay to turn the power off at any time to shut treadmill down. This method would not cause any 

damages to treadmill. 

 

17. Metric conversion and incline calibration 

1. Press and hold the START/PAUSE and SPEED+ keys, remove the safety key, and then re-plug the safety key 

without letting go of pressure the keys to switch the metric-inch conversion. When it shows IMPERIAL OR 

METRIC, press Speed+ or Speed- to select metric or inch. After set, press the Start/Pause to confirm and exit 

to the standby status. 

2. In the standby, press and hold the Speed+, Speed--, , and Incline- keys for 3 seconds to enter the 

automatic incline calibration. After the calibration is completed, the treadmill will enter the standby status.
