2. ADJUSTMENT OF THE EXERCISE INTENSITY
The resistance can be adjusted very simply and easily through a knob. The knob is marked with s
and -. Furthermore, the hydraulic system
responds to the speed of execution, so that the
greater acceleration of intensity greater working
movement; this allows each user to adjust the
difficulty of the exercise according to the selected
hardness and the speed with which perform the
movements.
To increase resistance, turn clockwise the knob.
To reduce the resistance, turn anti-clockwise the
knob.
3. MAINTENANCE
With the objective of avoiding any possible deterioration, breakdowns or accidents caused by insufficient
maintenance of the material, and to lengthen the useful life of the apparatus, please read the following
maintenance instructions and put them into practice from time to time:
•
Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration,
especially the saddle adjustment and handlebar
guides, the moving parts of the apparatus, the tubes and chromed areas and the painted metallic
parts. This will avoid the corrosion that perspiration and any other liquid will encourage on these
elements. We recommend carrying this operation out after every training session. Use non-alkaline
cleaning products.

Clean the machine surroundings,
keeping this free from dust or impurities.
