CONNECTING TO AN EXTERNAL SIGNAL (AUX)
The product’s multi-function 3.5 mm jack serves as an input as well as an output. If you connect another player’s earphone
or audio output here, you can use the product to play that audio through the speakers. You do not need to change any
setting for this, but make sure you disconnect all USB/SD devices fi rst. You can play the output of a computer, CD/DVD
player, MP3 or multimedia player, cell phone etc. this way.
• In order to connect products that do not have a 3.5 mm output you may need to purchase an external adapter.
REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
To start using the remote control, remove the plastic isolator that sticks out of the battery compartment. If the remote control
starts to behave erratically or if its range decreases, replace the battery with a new one: CR 2025; 3 V battery.
• When using the remote control, direct it towards the infra-red eye (4), and make sure you are not farther than 3-4 meters
away from the player.
• To replace the battery, turn the remote control upside down (with the buttons facing down), then slide the cover to the right.
You can then remove the battery case together with the battery inside. Make sure that the positive pole of the battery you
insert faces up. Follow the instructions on the bottom of the remote control.
