GAIN Verification
.
1) Set the voltage source to 2.5V.
2) Measure the voltage of the voltage source/power supply with the multimeter in the V scale.
3) Turn on the receiver and probe head.
4) Connect the output of the ISOVP to the multimeter using the 50 Ohm terminator and the
BNC to jack adapter
5) Press the “Offset adj” button in the ISOVP-L receiver with no input connected to the probe
head.
6) Connect the voltage source to the probe head with the BNC/SMB adapter.
7) Take a measurement, and repeat steps 5-7 to take another measurement, then calculate the
mean of all 3 voltages as follows:

Take the value of the source voltage divided by 10 and the measurement average to calculate
the overall error.
