Disconnecting the appliance and unplugging the feeding before
changing accessories or close parts which move during use.
INSTRUCTIONS
The chocolate fountain is easy to use, please follow these instructions carefully
1. Make sure that the fountain is disconnected then assemble the chocolate fountain. To do this, put
the worm screw in the tower on the apparatus base.
2. Place the apparatus on a stable surface close to an electric point. Make sure that the apparatus
is positioned horizontally. It is important that the apparatus is positioned horizontally to obtain
the desired result.
3. Turn the heating button to “HEAT”
Meantime, pour into a container approximately 350gr chocolate mixed with half a glass
of fat (butter or oil) except if your chocolate has a strong content of cocoa butter. Melt it in the
microwave. Stir until you get a smooth texture.
4. Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl located on the apparatus base. Fill it to the brim. Turn
the “HEAT MOTOR” switch on. Then savour the hot chocolate with fruit, marsh mallow or cake
brochettes.
5. To stop the apparatus, turn the switch to “OFF”
For the best results, add only melted chocolate. Never use other products in the base bowl except
those meant for this purpose.
Remember to check that no pieces of food are obstructing the base because these can block the flow
of the chocolate.
CLEANING
Disconnect the apparatus before cleaning. Take out the worm screw and the tower after the apparatus
cools, clean with soapy water.
Pour the remaining fluid from the base then clean with a soapy sponge.
Never plunge the base in water.
Do not use abrasive products to clean this apparatus.
When the time comes to eliminate this product, please consider the environmental impact and
take it to recognised recycling facility instead of disposing it with general household waste. Take
the equipment to a waste disposal site. Plastic and metal parts that are used in the construction
of this appliance can be separated into pure grade which allow recycling. Ask to your service centre for
details. Everyone of us can participate on the environmental protection.
