In the Environment area, you can specify various environment parameters. To select a
parameter, choose it from the Environment pop-up menu.
Then enter the desired parameter in the text box. For more information on each
environment parameter or on setting the parameters manually on the 925VST, see
Environment on page 15.
•
Criteria Template — The default on the 925VST is Disabled. Templates can be
enabled only if a valid template has been installed. For more information on creating
and download templates, see Test Templates on page 24.
•
Tx Level Point — The default on the 925VST TX Level Point is 0dB; the allowable
range is –50dB to 0dB.
•
Testline Timeout — The default on the 925VST is 300 seconds ; the maximum run-
time for continuous mode director tests is 999 seconds.
•
SMOS Testline TPT — The default on the 925VST is 10 seconds; the duration can be
from 1 to 99 seconds.
•
No Answer Timeout —The default on the 925VST is 40 seconds; the maximum wait
allowed is 99 seconds.
•
Max Wait Dial-Tone — The default on the 925VST is 10 seconds; the maximum wait
allowed is 99 seconds.
•
Audible Alert — The default on the 925VST is Disabled.
•
Backlight Timeout — The default on the 925VST is 15 seconds; the maximum
illumination time is 99 seconds.

In the Test Setup area, you can specify information associated with a specific set of tests.
For each set of tests, you must designate the following items:

Phone # Under Test — the phone number under test
•
User ID — name to identify the user running the test
•
Order Number — the work order number
