Calendar & Time
5.1 Calendar
The Calendar app can be used to keep track of important meetings,
appointments, etc.
5.1.1 Multimode view
You can display the Calendar in Day, Week, Month, or Agenda view.
•
Touch the upper left corner of the screen to change your Calendar
view. A drop-down list will appear for you to choose. Touch
TODAY
to return to Today's view.
5.1.2 Create new events
You can add new events from any Calendar view.
•
To access a new event screen, touch
in the upper right corner
of the screen.
•
Fill in all required information for this new event. If it is a whole-day
event, you can select
All day
.
•
When you finish editing, touch
DONE
on the top of the screen.
To quickly create an event from Week view screen, touch and hold
an empty spot or an event to open Option menu, then touch
New
event
. Alternatively, you can touch the empty spot and then
to
create the new event.
5.1.3 Delete or edit an event
•
Touch the event to enter details screen, and touch
to edit the
event or
to delete it.
•
If you want to share an event, touch the icon
to select an app
to perform this action
