Web Portal Content Is Not Displayed

Customer Portal content may be blocked by Java. In this case, add the portal to Java exception list by doing
the following:

Close all open browsers.

Go to

Start

> Control Panel

Once in the

Control Panel

, type

Java

in the search box (Fig. 60). Once you have got the search

results, click the

Java

link.
