7. MAINTENANCE

7.1 Inspection & maintenance intervals

A complete inspection consists of periodic visual and functional

checks along with minor adjustments in order to ensure the function.

The daily inspection prevents the abnormal wear and prolongs the

life of all machine systems.

Inspection and maintenance will be performed at specified

intervals. Inspection and maintenance must be carried out by

trained personnel who are knowledgeable in terms of electrical and

mechanical functions.

7.2 Electrical fuses

The lift has 3 electrical fuses that are located inside the plastic

covers on the chassis:
• Main fuse - 30A (blade fuse)

• Partial fuse - 315mA, 250V (glass fuse 5x20 mm)

• Emergency battery fuse - 30A (blade fuse)

REQUIREMENT!

Before performing daily maintenance, learn how the lift works

and is operated.

VARNING!

Always secure the platform from moving when maintenance is

performed with the platform raised.
