1.Carefully remove all lamp parts from the box,lay all parts on a
flat surface. please see list of items included in box below.
2.Insert tube(G) to base steel plate(F) and secure by sliding in
washers(C.D) and screw (B) using wrench key(A)-(INCLUDED)
3.Stand the now assembled base onto a flat surface.
4.Insert arc part(I) into tube(G) and secure with screws(H).
5.Insert the shade(5x)-(M) into the socket(5x)-(J).then tighten the
ring(5x)-(K)into the socket(5x)-(J).
6.Insert the bulb(5x)-(L) into the socket(5x)-(J).

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware
contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

PLEASE USE ON/OFF TYPE"A" BULB MAX 40-WATT OR CFL BULB MAX 9-WATT OR LED BULB MAX 4-WATT.THERE IS LED
4-WATT BULB IN THE BOX.
