STEP 2:
Align the screw threads of the base to the screw in the top.
STEP 1:
Carefully place the base on a flat surface & carefully place the top over
the base as shown.
PREPARATION
* Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with part contents list and hardware contents list.
* If any part is missing or damaged, do not a empt to assemble the product.

STEP 3:
Gently rotate the top in a clockwise direc on un l firmly screwed in.
*Note-Tightening too much can damage the base insert.
