By navigating to the “Download troubleshooting file” a .tar.gz archive containing various
troubleshooting data files will be automatically generated and downloaded to your PC.

When contacting SAF technical support team ([email protected])
regarding troubleshooting issues, please always provide the troubleshooting file.
