Faulty components in the

equipment.



Check for air pressure are correct.



Check and correct condition of fan.



not been operated beyond the Duty
Cycle (refer to technology parameters).



Choose the proper voltage (refer to

technology parameters).



Return for repair or have qualified

technician repair per Service Manual.

Red

Cutting torch

disconnection



The cutting torch is not properly

connected to the socket [5] or
the cutting torch is damaged.



Shield cup body is damaged or

incorrectly installed.



Check the plasma torch is not

damaged.



Tighten the plasma cutting torch to the

socket [5].



Tighten the shield cup body.

damaged.



Tighten the plasma cutting torch to the

socket [5].



Tighten the shield cup body.
