Maintenance menu
The MAINTENANCE MENU allows setting all the functions for correct ma-
chine maintenance.

COUNTERS
DESCALING
BREW GROUP CLEAN
CAPPUC. WASHING
The COUNTERS function shows how many products have been brewed for
every single type of coff ee since the last reset.
The BREW GROUP CLEAN function enables the monthly cleaning of the
brew group (please see chapter “Monthly Cleaning of the Brew Group”).
The CAPPUCC.WASHING function enables the monthly cleaning of the
Cappuccinatore (please see chapter “Monthly cleaning of the Cappuccina-
tore”). This function manages the automatic cleaning of the Cappuccinato-
re after each use.
The DESCALING function activates the descaling cycle. (please see chapter
“Descaling”).
Factory Setting
Activating the FACTORY SETTINGS will restore all machine settings to
default values. In this case all the personal parameters will be lost.

WARNING CLEANING
This function starts the cleaning procedure as described in the section
“Monthly cleaning of the Cappuccinatore”.
This function manages the warning message which reminds the user to
clean the Cappuccinatore after 10 minutes since last use. The warning
message is displayed only if the Cappuccinatore is on.
