5 Press the " " button (24) and select the "DESCALING"
option; press the " " button (18) to enter the menu.

6 Select the "START DESCALE" option; press the " " button
(18) to access the menu.

Press the " " button (18) to start the DESCALING cycle.
FILL TANK WITH
DESCALING SOLUTION

8 Pour the entire content of the Saeco concentrated descal-
ing solution into the water tank and then fi ll the tank with fresh
drinking water up to the level indicated by the icon.
9 Place the tank back in the machine. Press the " " button
(18).
EMPTY DRIP TRAY
DESCALING
10 Remove any liquids from the drip tray and place it back in
the machine.
Press the " " button (18).
INSERT THE
CAPPUCCINATORE WITH
ALL THE COMPONENTS
DESCALING
11 Insert the complete Cappuccinatore into the machine and
remove the dispensing spout.
Press the " " button (18).
Note: Keep the suction tube removed from the Cap-
puccinatore while the descaling cycle is performed.
