UPDATES
We keep improving your speaker system with timely updates. It’s
important that you always run the updates for your speakers. You will see
a notification with the text “new” in your “device list” in the SACKit Player
app when a new update is available. You will automatically be notified in
the app, when a new update is ready – always accept the new updates.
If you have more than one speaker, you will have to update each speaker
individually.
CHANGING THE FRONT
Change up the look of your speaker with the changeable front – do you
want it classic chic, matching the color of your sofa or should it pop with an
eye-catching color? It’s up to you!
1. Remove the front by pulling the SACKit leather label. When you have
loosen the corner of the front, you will be able to loosen the front all
the way around the edges and finally remove it completely. Please note:
The front is attached thoroughly to ensure sublime sound quality. The
leather label is fastened with screws, and it is designed for using when
removing the front.
2. Attach the new front by placing the “sticks” into the matching holes.
Press the front onto the speaker all the way around the edges - and
your new look it ready!
TROUBLE SHOOTING
No sound from the speaker
1. Please make sure that the speaker is charged or plugged into a power
outlet
2. Try increasing the volume on your device and the MOVEit speaker
3. Try changing between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth mode to make sure that
the speaker is in correct mode. Change between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
mode by pressing the “Wi-Fi/Bluetooth” button
4. Please make sure that all cables are connected correct if playing from
Line-in mode
The speaker murmur
1. Please make sure that all cables are correctly connected
2. Please check the status of your Wi-Fi network. Disruptions or bad
connection can cause murmur
No sound from the speaker when in Wi-Fi mode
1. Please make sure that your device and the MOVEit speaker are
connected to the same Wi-Fi network
2. Please make sure that the MOVEit speaker is in Wi-Fi mode. Change
between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth mode by pressing the “Wi-Fi/Bluetooth”
button
3. If you are playing music from the SACKit Player app, please make sure
that the sound is transmitted through the MOVEit speaker
I cannot operate the buttons on the speaker
1. You can reset the buttons on the speaker if you experience problems
operating them. The buttons are reset using the “Reset” button on the
back of the speaker. Please use a toothpick or a needle to press the
reset hole.
I cannot connect MOVEit to Wi-Fi
1. Please make sure that you have entered the correct password to your
Wi-Fi network
2. Please make sure that you are within 2 meters of your router when
trying to connect
3. Please try to reset the Wi-Fi settings by entering the following
combination of buttons on the MOVEit speaker: ”Play/pause button”,
”Vol+ button”, “Power button“, “Play/Pause button“ and “Power button“
