1. Introduction 

This converter supports two-way conversion between Wiegand signal and 

network (TCP/IP). The Wiegand output supports standard WG 26bit and 34bit 
signal  format  receiving  and  sending,  and  the  network  adopts  text  (ASCII) 
format for receiving and sending.
