NOTE : There is a minimum charge for repair and handling . When shipping your instrument, be sure to
include:
1 . The name, address, and phone number of your contact .
2 . A brief description of the trouble .
3 . A return shipping address & billing address & any special shipping instructions .
Packing Instructions:
Place the unit to be repaired in the original shipping carton, or equivalent sturdy container . Add packing
material around all sides of the unit . Seal the shipping container with strong tape . Failure to package the
equipment properly may result in voiding warranty .
