Increase the exciter output power in order to have 2000W power on the
PJ2000M, if the output power is less than 2000W proceed with the
compensation of the system.
8.2
System Compensation
1)
On the coupler instrument, select the Forward power measurement mode.
2)
Remove the coupler’s upper cover.
3)
Set the desired system working frequency on the exciter.
4)
Set the system output forward power at 80% of the nominal value.
5)
Regulate all the variable capacitors to their middle position (Figure 3).

Adjust the variable capacitors (1) and (2), relative to the first amplifier output
(Figure 4) to maximize the power measured by the Coupler’s instrument.
