尾波箱组装好以后需要调整皮带松紧。皮带过松会造成同步带轮跳齿皮带过紧会增大传动阻力还会加大皮带损耗。
After the tailbox is assembled, the belt tension needs to be adjusted. If the belt is too loose, it will cause the tail belt pulley to slide.
If the belt is too tight, it will increase the transmission resistance and increase the belt deterioration.
尾波箱轴承座组装时请注意，法兰轴承的法兰边缘要朝向內，皮带轮方向。
Assembling the tail gear box housion plate, please note that the flanged bearing edge of the flange bearing should face inward and
the direction of the tail drive pulley.
主旋翼顺时针旋转时，从右侧观察尾轴旋转方向应是逆
时针转动，如方向错误请调整皮带扭曲方向。
When the main rotor rotates clockwise, the direction
of the tail shaft should be rotates counterclockwise
when viewed from the right side. If the direction is
wrong, please adjust the direction of the belt direction.
尾波箱安装座管夹的M3X8螺丝先不要拧紧，
调整主轴与尾轴的夹角为90°时锁紧。
M3内六角顶丝直接压在尾管上，讲尾管稍
微压出一点凹坑即可。
After checked the angle between the
main shaft and the tail shaft is adjusted
to 90 °. Then tighten the M3X8 screw of
the vertical fin bracket
.
The M3 set
screw is directly pressed on the tail pipe,
please do not overthigten it.
