Pupil distance
The purpose of this adjustment is to align the exit pupils of the binocular
with the pupils of your eyes. If they are not correctly aligned, you will
experience discomfort from having to use only one eye. Whilst looking at a
distant object, carefully move the binocular tubes downward or upward so
that both fields are correctly aligned, forming a perfect circle.

Dioptre adjustment
a) Look through the left eyepiece with your right eye closed or right
eyepiece covered. Turn the central focusing wheel until the image is in
focus.
b) Open your right eye and close your left eye. Turn the dioptre
adjustment ring to make the image in focus.
Remember to note the setting of the dioptre ring for later use as
indicated by the dioptre index.

Using the binoculars
a) To focus on objects at different distances, you will now only need to
use the central focusing wheel.

Never attempt to clean your binoculars internally or take them apart.

Use the lens cloth provided or a lint free cloth to clean the lenses.
l
A lens cleaning solution may be added to the cleaning cloth to assist in the
removal of smudges and dirt from the lenses. Never use solvents such as
paint thinner, alcohol or benzine to clean the binoculars.
l
Store your binoculars in a well ventilated, moisture free area.
