SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always follow the basic safety instructions that apply to the use of
electrical devices.
WARNING! Reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury:
• Always connect the fan to an electrical outlet with the same voltage as
specified on the fan’s nameplate.
• Reduce the risk of electric shock - never use the flan together with
devices which start/stop the fan automatically.
• Do not leave the fan unattended when it is on.
• Do not use the fan if it has been dropped on the floor, if it is damaged
or if it is not working as it should. Do not use the fan if the power cord
or plug are damaged. Send the fan to an authorised service workshop
for repair.
• Do not expose the fan, power cord or plug to rain or moisture. The fan,
power cord and plug must not be dipped in/splashed with water or
other liquid.
• Do not place the fan:
- near hot objects, such as heating elements, fireplaces, stoves and
other objects, which emit heat,
- in direct sunlight,
- near vibrating objects,
- in dusty environments,
- in poorly ventilated spaces, such as wardrobes or bookshelves,
- on uneven surfaces.
• Turn off the fan and remove the plug from the electrical outlet when
the fan is not in use, before mounting or disassembling the fan and
