Kettle
Read the user manual carefully to make sure that the product is assembled, used and main-
tained correctly, as described in the instructions in this user manual. The user instructions
should be included if you lend out the kettle. Keep the user manual for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The kettle may only be used indoors.
• The kettle is intended for use in households or household-like envi-
ronments, for example, in kitchenettes in hotel or motel rooms, bed &
breakfasts, common areas in campsites or other environments where
food preparation occurs.
• The kettle may only be used for its intended purpose.
• Do not place the kettle near heat sources, sharp objects, in direct sunlight
or in damp environments.
• The kettle must not be immersed in water or other liquid. Immediately
remove the plug from the electrical outlet if the kettle gets damp/wet.
• Turn off the kettle and remove the plug from the electrical outlet (do
not pull the power cord, hold the plug) before cleaning, when the kettle
is not in use or before switching accessories.
• Do not leave the kettle unattended when it is on. Always turn it off
before you leave the room.
• Regularly check the condition of the kettle and the power cord. Do not
use the kettle if it or the power cord is damaged.
• Do not try to repair the kettle yourself. All repairs must be performed
by an authorised service workshop. Damaged power cords must be
replaced by an authorised electrician.
• Only original spare parts may be used.
• The kettle is not intended for use by people (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who have limited
experience and knowledge unless they are supervised or instructed on
how to use the kettle by a person who is responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the kettle.
