For example, suppose you want to cook for 5 minute at 60% of microwave power.
1. Press POWER LEVEL button repeatedly until to show 60%
2. Turn MENU/TIME/WEIGHT to show 5:00.
3. Press START/QUICK START button.
Note: During cooking, you can check the present cooking power by pressing POWER LEVEL
button.
WEIGHT DEFROST
This function allows the oven to defrost food based on the weight you entered. The time and
the defrosting power are adjusted automatically once the weight is programmed. The range
weight of frozen foods varies between 100g and 1800g.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost 600g of shrimp.
1. Place the shrimp to be defrosted into the oven.
2. Press WEIGHT DEFROST button once, and LED displays will show “ 100g”, “1S” and”
“;Rotate the MENU/TIME/WEIGHT dial to select a weight to match to food.
3. Press START/QUICK START button.
Note: Defrost process divides into three stages, each stage needs 1/3 time, after defrosting
2/3 time the system will sound beeps to remind you to turn over the food and pause until you
depress the button START/QUICK START to enter into the next defrosting stage, and the
defrosting resume
SPEED DEFROST
The oven can quickly defrost food to the set time you entered. The maximum defrosting time
you can set is 95 minutes.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost shrimp for 20 minutes.
1. Place the shrimp to be defrosted into the oven.
2. Press SPEED DEFROST button once, and LED displays “1S” and”
“
3. Turn MENU/TIME/WEIGHT dial to input desired defrosting time.
4. Press START/QUICK START button.

PRESET FUNCTION
Suppose the present time is 8:00 in the morning, and you want the oven to start a microwave
at 11:30 for cooking 30 minutes with 80% power level automatically.
