HOW TO USE THE MICROWAVE
Defrost by weight
To defrost by weight by turning the upper dial to ‘Weight Defrost’, The
display will show ‘ dEF 1’. Then turn the lower dial to set the weight. As an
example, to defrost 0.4kg of poultry:
1.
Turn the upper dial to ‘
Weight Defrost’ – ‘dEF1’ will be displayed.
2.
Turn the lower dial
until you reach the desired weight ‘400’.
3.
To commence defrosting, press the
‘Start/+30Sec./Confirm’ button.
4.
Remember to turn over the food half way through the defrosting
cycle. Open the door and turn over the food.
5.
Close the door and press the
‘
‘Start/+30Sec./Confirm’ button to
continue defrosting.
Defrost by Time
To defrost by time follow the above steps but turn the dial to ‘Time
Defrost’. The Display will show ‘dEF 2’ and turning the lower dial to set the
time. The defrosting power is 30%, and cannot be changed.
Auto cooking function
As a digital microwave, the
appliance features a default cooking menu,
automatically calculating the cooking time based on the type of food and
weight.
1.
Turn the upper dial to ‘Auto Menu’, ‘A-1’ still start flashing in the
screen display.
2.
Turn the lower dial to select the menu you need. The display will
show‘A-1 – A-8’. Press the
‘
‘Start/+30Sec./Confirm’ button to confirm.
You will need to use your discretion regarding food type, temperature and
weight as times may vary - below is a guideline for each auto cooking
setting.
