Trouble Shooting

Causes
Solution
Dishwasher
doesn't start
Power supply is not turned
on
Make sure the power cord is properly plugged
into the wall socket.
Make sure the dishwasher is turned on and the
door is closed securely.
Fuse blown, or the circuit
breaker acted
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. Remove
any other appliances sharing the same circuit
with the dishwasher
Water supply is not turned
on
Check that the water supply is connected
properly and
the water is turned on.
Water pressure is low
Check that the water pressure is within the
required level, please see water connection
section.
Door of dishwasher not
properly closed.
Make sure to close the door properly/full.
A fault has occurred
Switch of the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF
button , switch it back on after approximately
one minute and reset the program.
If this does not work unplug the appliance and
leave for 5 minutes, then put the plug back in
and turn on the appliance.
Water has not
drained for the
dishwasher
Wash program has not
finished
The wash program may not have finished, close
the door and wait for the wash program to
complete in full
Drain hose is bent
Check drain hose.
Filter clogged/blocked
Check all parts of the filter and clean if
necessary, please see filter section.
Drains clogged/blocked
Check the drains to make sure they are draining
well. If they aren't you will need to get them
unblocked and may need a plumber to do this. If
the dishwasher still won't drain then a service
engineer may be needed.
The dishwasher
does not take any
water
There is no water in the
mains supply
Check the water supply has not been cut off or
if there is a fault in your area.
Water inlet pipe is bent
Water inlet pipe.
Turn on the water tap and/or
vale
Turn on the water tap/valve and the appliance
will start after a few minutes.
