Ingredients:
1 Cup Strawberry, blueberry & Raspberry
150ml low fat ice cream/frozen yogurt
1 Banana
1 Cup Ice
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into the blender.
2. Pulse it at first to break the ice.
3. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
