OPERATION TEST
Switch on the machine and check if there are any excessive vibrations caused by the improper placement of
abrasive material, or working disk plate damage.
If there are, immediately switch off the machine and eliminate abnormalities.
MOTOR SPEED ADJUSTMENT
The motor speed is adjustable by moving control (3) from MAX to OFF position, as required. Set the motor
speed according to the abrasive material and worked material characteristics.
ABRASIVE MATERIAL REPLACEMENT
Perform the operations specified in chapter “Fastening of Disks Made of Abrasive Material” in the reverse
order.
RECOMMENDED ABRASIVE MATERIALS
Velcro-fastened abrasive paper sheets, dimensions: 75 mm, 125 mm and 150 mm, depending on sander
type.
MAINTENANCE
Any operations should be carried out after cutting off the compressed air supply from the machine. After
completion of work and in all necessary cases remove dust from the machine body using a compressed air
jet.
No other intervention by the user is recommended.
Only an authorised Service Centre may perform maintenance operations and cleaning of internal machine
elements.
LEVEL OF NOISE EMITTED BY THE MACHINE
The level of noise generated by the machine in normal operating conditions is 75 dB (A), measured
according to the EN 50144 standard.
Take appropriate precautions to protect your hearing.
