OPERATION TEST
Switch on the machine and check if there are any excessive vibrations caused by the improper placement of
abrasive material, or working disk damage.
If there are, immediately switch off the machine and eliminate abnormalities.
MOTOR SPEED ADJUSTMENT
The motor speed is adjustable by turning speed control knob (3) in an appropriate way. The knob is installed
in the rear part of the machine. Set the motor speed according to the abrasive material and worked material
characteristics.
DUST EXTRACTION RATE ADJUSTMENT
Rotate ring (5) to adjust the dust extraction rate.
ABRASIVE MATERIAL REPLACEMENT
Perform operations specified in chapter “Fastening of Disks Made of Abrasive Material” in the reverse order.
RECOMMENDED ABRASIVE MATERIALS
Velcro-fastened abrasive paper disks with dust extraction holes, diameter 150mm.
MAINTENANCE
Any operations should be carried out after cutting off the power supply from the machine. After completion of
work and in all necessary cases remove dust from the machine body using a compressed air jet.
No other intervention by the user is recommended.
Only an authorised Service Centre may perform maintenance operations and the cleaning of internal
machine elements.
