eektype
Synopsis: string - one of the following keywords { request, off }

Enables or disables EEK function.
eektimer
Synopsis: integer
Default: 5
The number of seconds to wait before the next EEK message is sent.
To set the DDS frame relay DLCI parameters:
• Enter edit mode and navigate to /interface/wan{wan slot and port}/dds/connection/framerelay.
• Beside the framerelay link, click the icon and click <Add dlci>.
• On the Key settings form, enter a number in the range of 16 to 1007 and click Add.
• On the On demand form, set the On-demand parameter. For more information on the On-demand

23.4.1.5. Performing a DDS Loopback Test
To perform a DDS loopback test, the remote equipment must be able to loop to allow verification of the
entire line. If the remote equipment is an RX1000 or RX1500, starting a line loopback will verify both
cards and the line. Note that DDS has no standard for performing digital loopback.
To perform a DDS loopback test:
• Navigate to /interfaces/wan/loopback.
• On the Loopback Test form, set the test parameters.
