First time use
Wash all parts that will touch the ingredients.
Cleaning instructions can be found below.
Use
Choose a suitable accessory. The blender (
fig 1
) is suited for sauces, soups and
milkshakes. The chopper (
fig 2
) is suited for cutting up vegetables or meat. The whisk
(
fig 3
) is suitable for whipping cream or egg whites. Follow the instruction on each
picture for assembly. Always disconnect the power from the mixer when attaching or
switching accessories.
The mixer has two speeds, each activated by it's corresponding button. The top button
on the handle is the lower speed and the bottom one is the faster speed. Hold in the
preferred button to activate the mixer and let it go to turn it off.
Periodical use
The blender should not be used longer than 30 seconds at a time, followed by letting it
rest for 1 minute afterwards. The chopper should not be used longer than 1 minute at a
time, followed by letting it rest for 3 minutes afterwards. The whisk should not be used
longer than 3 minutes at a time, followed by letting it rest for 3 minutes afterwards.
Cleaning

Disconnect the power cord before cleaning any parts.
•
All parts except the motor are safe to clean in a dishwasher.
•
Never use grinding detergents or cleaning products.
•
Clean the motor with a damp cloth and, if needed, a mild detergent.
