Always unplug the machine before mounting or removing mixing paddles.

The mixing paddle holder has a M14 spindle thread. Use an adapter to mount mixing
paddles with other spindle threads.

Always use a mixing paddle suitable fort he material to be mixed or stirred. Using an
unsuitable mixing paddle can unnecessarily overload both the machine and yourself.

Tighten the mixing paddle clockwise handtight into the holder. The mixing paddle
will tighten itself firmly in the holder when starting the machine.

To remove the mixing paddle, loosen the mixing paddle from the holder by turning it
counterclockwise. If necessary, use a spanner to keep the holder from turning.
SETTING THE GEAR RATIO
1. The machine can be set to 2 gear ratios. Gear ratio 1(low speed, high torque) must be
used for mixing and stirring heavier substances or large volumes at once. Gear ratio
2(high speed, low torque) must be used for mixing and stirring lighter substances.
2. Always unplug the machine before setting gear ratio.
3. Turn the gear ratio selector to the required position. If the gear ratio selector does not
turn, slightly rotate the mixing paddle holder by hand until the selector can be turned
to the required position.
ADJUSTING THE SPEED
Before starting the machine, set the speed adjustment Wheel to the lowest setting, preventing
the material from splashing.
Turn the speed adjustment Wheel to set the required setting.
OPERATING
Firmly hold the machine with both hands. Set the gear ratio according to the material to be
mixed or stirred. Turn the speed adjustment wheel to the lowest setting. Insert the mixing
paddle into the material to be mixed or stirred. Switch on the machine. Increase the speed to
the desired setting and stir the material until you are satisfied with the result.
SWITCH ON/OFF
To switch the machine on, keep the lock-off buton depressed and pres the on/off switch.
To switch off the machine, release the on/off switch.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine and the ventilation slots clean.
If the machine should happen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture and testing, repair
should be carried out by an authorized customer services agent for
RTRMAX power tools .
