Starting Operation on your bicycle
To Install the U-Bolt and Handlebar bas:
1.
Place the U-Bolt around the handlebar, and thread the ends through the handlebar base.

Tighten the nuts to secure the base. Do not over tighten.
3.
Press down the cradle on the mount. (Photo 2-2)
Install the BV-3200 in the Cradle:
1.
Flip the lever up
2.
Place the BV-3200 in to the cradle, and flip the lever down.(Photo 2-3)
3.
Tighten the security screw.
