FEATURE BUTTON RELABELING
Press the
OPTION
button.
Select
Relabel Feature
button.
Press the feature button you want to re-label.
Use the dial pad to enter the new characters
Select
Save
to save the modified label.
SPEED DIALSCREEN
A feature that allows you to store 48 speed dial entries.
To program an entry:
Press the
SpDial
softkey.
Press the
Add
softkey
Using the dialpad, enter the name for your entry.
— your entry may be 10 characters.
— the
Case
softkey will enter an uppercase character.
When you are done entering a name, press the feature
button to the left or right of the Number field.
Using the dialpad, enter the telephone number for this
entry, up to 25 characters, including special characters.
Press
Save
.
To edit an entry:
Press the
SpDial
softkey.
Press the
Edit
softkey.
Press the feature button corresponding to the entry you
want to edit.
Use the dial pad to make your changes.
Press
Save
when edit is complete.

MISCELLANEOUS FEATURES
SELECTING PERSONALIZED RING
To select a personalized ringing pattern for your set.
Press the
Option
key and the
Page Left
button.
Choose and press
Personal Ringin
g.
Scroll through patterns using the line buttons to the right
and left or use the dial pad to cycle through all 8 rings.
Do one of the following:
— If you want to save a ring pattern, press
Save
.
— If you want to return to the Option Screen without
changing the pattern, press
Cancel
.
Press
PHONE/EXIT
to return to the Home Screen.
VOLUME
To adjust the volume of your phone in three different areas.
The speaker volume when the speaker is in use.
The handset receiver level while the call is in progress.
The ringer when the telephone is on-hook or when the
phone is ringing.
Press the bottom button to lower the volume and the top button
to raise the volume.
SPEAKERPHONE
To place or answer a call without lifting the handset — press
Speaker
.
To switch to the handset — pick up the handset and continue
talking.
