Guideline
WARNING
CAUTION
Make sure the BNC input voltage does not
exceed 300Vrms.
Never connect a hazardous live voltage to the
ground side of the BNC connectors. It might
lead to fire and electric shock.
Do not place any heavy object on the RSMSO-
2000E/2000EA.
Avoid severe impact or rough handling that
leads to damaging the RSMSO-2000E/2000EA.
Do not discharge static electricity to the
RSMSO-2000E/2000EA.
Use only mating connectors, not bare wires, for
the terminals.
Do not block the cooling fan opening.
Do not perform measurement at a power source
or building installation (Note below).
Do not disassemble the RSMSO-2000E/2000EA
unless you are qualified.
Note
(Measurement categories) EN 61010-1:2010 specifies the
measurement categories and their requirements as follows. The
RSMSO-2000E/2000EA falls under category I.
Measurement category IV is for measurements performed at the
source of low-voltage installation.
Measurement category III is for measurements performed in the
building installation.
Measurement category II is for measurements performed on
circuits directly connected to the low voltage installation.
Measurement category I is for measurement performed on
circuits not directly connected to Mains.
Power Supply
WARNING
AC Input voltage: 100 - 240V AC, 50 - 60Hz,
auto selection. Power consumption: 30 Watts.
Connect the protective grounding conductor of
the AC power cord to an earth ground, to avoid
electrical shock.
