TROUBLESHOOTING

Bills get damaged
Machine runs slow

Tension is
too tight
To loosen the tension, please turn the bill thickness adjuster (located on the top
of the machine) one notch to the right (+). Repeat bill counting and adjust if
problem continues.
Bills eject from the
machine

Tension is

To tighten the tension, please turn the bill thickness adjuster (located on the top
of the machine) one notch to the left (-). Repeat bill counting and adjust if
problem continues.
Counterfeit bills are
being added to the
total count
Setting
needs to be
modified
Press the “BATCH” and “DD” buttons together for 1.5 seconds. The display will
show two codes. Then press the "DD" button to display the code -C02, next press
the button “+” or “-” to make the above code be “1” or “0”. (0 means exclude the
counterfeit while 1 means include the counterfeit). Finally put your finger on the
hopper sensor to save the setting.
UV error code is
occurring in
abundance
Setting

Press “SET” button for about 2 seconds, the display will show “EC0”, continue to
press “SET” button until display shows “E10”.
The UV sensitivity will be high if parameter is low.
Software default UV setting is 150.
IR error code is
occurring in
abundance
Setting
needs to be
modified
Press “SET” button for about 2 seconds, the display will show “EC0”. Then press
“+” or “-“ to increase or decrease the parameter.
The IR sensitivity will be low while parameter is low.
The IR sensitivity will be high if parameter is high.
Software default IR setting is 30.
MG error code is
occurring in
abundance
Setting
needs to be
modified
Press “SET” button for about 2 seconds, the display will show “EC0”, continue to
press “SET” button until display shows “E72”.
Then press “+” or “-“ to increase or decrease the parameter.
The MG sensitivity will be low while parameter is low.
The MG sensitivity will be high if parameter is high.
Software default MG setting is 12.
DD error code is
occurring in
abundance
Setting
needs to be
modified
Press “SET” button for about 2 seconds, the display will show “EC0” , continue to
press the “SET” button until the display will show “E82”.
The DD sensitivity will be high while parameter is low.
The DD sensitivity will be low if parameter is high.
Software default DD setting is 4.
