Air Conditioner doesn’t work when pressing the ON/OFF button
‘Water∙Full’∙indicator∙lamp∙is∙blinking;∙water∙tank∙is∙full.
Drain∙the∙water∙out∙of∙the∙water∙tank∙(see∙‘Operation’).
Room temperature is lower than the set temperature.
Reset the temperature.
No power
Check that the power plug is plugged in, the mains power is on,
and that the power outlet in use is operational.
Air Conditioner does not cool sufficiently
The doors or windows are not closed.
Make sure all the windows and doors to the room are closed.
There are heat sources inside the room.
Remove/disable the heat sources if possible.
Exhaust∙Hose∙is∙not∙connected,∙or∙is∙blocked.
Remove∙the∙blockage,∙or∙connect∙the∙Exhaust∙Hose∙correctly∙
(see∙‘Installation’).
Air∙Conditioner∙does∙not∙cool∙sufficiently∙(contd.)
Temperature setting is too high.
Reset the temperature
Air inlet is blocked.
Clean the air inlet.
Noisy
The ground is not level or not flat enough
Place the unit on a flat, level ground if possible
The sound is from the compressor working
This is normal

Contact Customer Service

Water pump failed
Turn off the unit, unplug for 5 minutes, then try again.
