TO ADJUST THE TRANSPORT CAPACITY
USING A CONTROL DISPENSER
If both sows of the same dispenser leave the group, you must shut-off the dispens-
er with the shut-off slide.
If you use a control dispenser to stop the feed supply system, take care that there are
always sows in that compartment.
1.
First you need to calibrate the scale [liter] with your special
feed, because the scale is an indicative one (look next page).
2.
Use the white scale for pellets and the yellow scale for mash.
3.
Move the slide to the desired amount of feed.
4.
Example for pellets : to feed 2 kg pellets, you set the slide
handle at 3,2 litres on the white scale.
5.
You adjust the same quantity for each group.
TO ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF FEED
OPERATOR’S GUIDE
If a sow of a dispenser leaves the group, you must use
A or B
to stop the feed
flow.
With the turn button on the control panel (position 0 to 5), you should set the speed of feed dos-
age up to 100-120 grams/minute. Directive:
- mash :
position 3, 4 or 5
- pellets :
position 1, 2 or 3
ADMINISTERING MEDICINES
TO SHUT OFF THE DISPENSERS
1.
You can administer solid medicines per group. Open the windows of all dispensers of
the group.
2.
Add the medicines to the feed in the dispensers.
3.
Close the windows again.

Stop the feed supply system. Switch off the central control panel.
2.
Open the window on the front of the dispenser.
3.
Open both outlet positions
A and B
.
4.
Open the protection hood: press both clips and slide the hood (over the body) up to
above the window.
5.
Clean the inside and the outside of the dispenser
(max. 25 Bar).
6.
Let dry.
7.
Close the protection hood.
8.
Close both outlet positions
A and B
in the correct position.
9.
Start the fill system.

When a compartment is empty, shut off all dispensers in that compartment.
You do this when there is still a meal after all dispensers have been filled, or after the
last meal, before filling the dispensers again.
To do so, disconnect the feed supply system (on the central control panel).
ATTENTION ! DO NOT adjust the amount of feed unless the dispenser is empty.
