It is essential that you read these instructions and observe the following recommendations:

• This appliance is designed for domestic use only. It is not to be used in industrial applications.
• The warranty will be invalid in the event of damage arising from incorrect use.
• Do not place your appliance directly beneath a wall socket.
• Do not operate your appliance in a dusty room or if there is a risk of fire.
• Each time before use, check that in general the appliance is in good condition, as well as the plug and the cord.

• Do not use this appliance near baths, showers, sinks or swimming pools.
• Do not use the appliance near inflammable objects and products (curtains, aerosols, solvents, etc.).
• Do not use the appliance when tilted or laid flat.
• DO NOT FORCE THE OSCILLATION BY HAND.
• In the event of prolonged absences: stop the appliance using button C (position "0" for SO7010 model with the switch for the SO7050 model and unplug it.
USE IN BATHROOMS (protection against splashing)
The construction of this "IP21" appliance allows it to be used in all rooms of the house, including those where there is a risk of vertical splashing
(kitchen, bathroom, etc.).
The electrical installation of the room, the installation of the appliance and its use must however comply with the standards in force in your country.
VOLTAGE
Prior to use for the first time, check that the voltage of your installation matches that shown on the appliance and that your installation is suited to
the power rating shown on the appliance. Your appliance can operate with a socket without an earth connection. It is a class II appliance (double
electrical insulation ).
SAFETY
In the event of overheating, an automatic safety device switches off the operation of the appliance then starts it again once it has cooled down. If the fault persists or gets
worse, a thermal fuse stops the appliance completely: it must then be taken to an approved service centre.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROLS
SO7010 MODEL:
• Button C: Operating mode selector:
- : Stop position
- : Cold ventilation
- : "Silence" position, 1200W ventilated
- : 2400W ventilated
• Indicator B: power on/standby indicator, it lights up as soon as your appliance is switched on.
• Button D: temperature set button:
- : Frost free position, this position allows you to maintain the temperature above 0°C automatically in a room that is normally insulated and
whose volume matches the power rating of your appliance.
- Setting range: the temperature is set to suit your idea of comfort.

Button E: Function permitting the appliance to oscillate to optimise the diffusion of air in the room.
