OPERATION:
HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ER6 ERROR CODE ON CONTROLLER
ER6 appears
on touchpad
Have you recently
changed the water?
Ensure that an
adequate amount
of water is in the
spa, if not the pump
may suck in air
causing an airlock.
Re-set spa by
simultaneously
pressing: up, down,
pump buttons, ER6
should disappear.
Ensure all jet faces
are in the ‘open’
position. Turn pump
onto speed 2.
Leave running and
repeat if necessary.
Has ER6 message
disappeared?
Remove filter, inspect
and clean or replace
as necessary.
Re-set spa by
simultaneously
pressing: up, down,
pump buttons, ER6
should disappear.
If problem re-occurs,
check the water
pressure from jets;
is the pressure
uniform and strong
through all jets on
both pump speeds?
