6. Maintenance and servicing
Daily
Clean saw band wheels, saw band deflection, and the environment of the saw band of splinters
and dust.
Weekly
Thoroughly clean saw, lubricate guides. Control the safety parts of the saw.
Yearly
Control the wheels, all the guiding of the saw. Check the saw band guiding system. Check all the
sensors of the saw. Check all the electric parts.
Attention! Do not pour away waste oil but dispose according to regulations
7. Temporary putting out of operation
In order to avoid unauthorized engaging of the band saw machine and threats to persons:
If the sawing machine remains switched off and unsupervised for prolonged
time, then the main switch is to be secured with a padlock against unauthorized
engaging
8. Final putting out of operation, disposal
When the machine is put out of operation, the following safety instructions are absolutely to be
adhered to thus, lethal injuries, damages to property, and also environmental damage are
avoided.
In order to avoid mortal danger by electric shock: De-installation work at the
electrical equipment of the sawing machine may be executed only by trained electrical
technical person

The putting out of operation of the machine may be performed only by authorized technical
persons.
- Pay attention to environmentally friendly disposal of fuels, lubricants, and auxiliary materials.
- The regulations for normal recycling of waste and/or removal are to be adhered to.
