5 Boiler control panel

6. Disconnect terminals L1, L2, L3, N, PE and 1 to 5 of the cables to the control panel (A + B).
7. Remove cable glands (C + D) and disconnect cables (A + B) from the power supply terminal box.
8. Unscrew the control panel cover (see Figure 5-5).
9. Pull all connectors off the circuit board (see Figure 5-6).
All circuit board connectors are coded to prevent them being mixed up when they are reinserted.
10. Lift the sensor and connecting cables out of the cable ducts with strain relief plates on the control panel (see Figure 5-7).
11. Unscrew the covering cap from the electronic fill level probe and lift the probe out (see Figure 5-8).
12. Pull safety temperature limiter (STL) from immersion tube of the heat generator flow.
13. Unscrew the boiler control panel via the supports on the tank cover (see Figure 5-9), replace the control panel.
