NOTE
After all the checks above, troubleshooting still existed, please contact our service centre or contact
technical service centre. Do not attempt to disassemble and maintain the maintenance by yourself, to
avoid any danger and damages to the machine.
PART 5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If your air purifier does not run smoothly, please check the following before maintenance.
Phenomenon Possible reason Solution
Machine can not start
1. Unplug power plug.
2. Machine rear cover not in position. 1. Reconnect power plug.
2. Re-install the rear cover position.
Odour in the outlet
1. More pollutants indoor such as more
smoking.
2. Filter is polluted severely.
1. It is recommended that room air be
changed.
2. Replace with the all new filter.
None obvious dust
removal effect, none air
quality improvement
1. Filter is not installed into the
machine.
2. Machine is placed in narrow space or
space with obstacles nearby which
may have negative impact on the
purification effect.
3. Filter is too dirty.
1. Install the filter correctly.
2. Place the unit at least a foot away
from the obstacles.
3. Replace for new combination filter.
Running noise loud
1. Whether the installation is not tight
2. Other matter stored in the machine.
1. Contact after-sales centre.
2. Clean other matters.
Main buttons not work LOCK mode is worked.
Press 3 second to turn off the LOCK
mode
Filter cannot be
installed
Filter is installed opposite.
Adjust the filter to right direction and
install the filter to the bottom slot.
