PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
o
Do not overheat the food.
o
Stir any liquids before placing the container in the microwave. After half of the
time has elapsed, stir the contents again.
o
After you have warmed it up, leave it in the microwave for a while, then carefully
stir or shake it again. So as not to burn yourself, check the temperature before
you drink it (especially with baby food).
o
Do not warm up any food like eggs, sausages, food in jars, etc.
There is a risk that
they may explode!
o
Never use metal utensils in the microwave, or even containers/dishes with metal
parts or trims (e.g. gold edges on plates or wire clips). This will damage the
appliance.
o
Always use the microwave with the turntable and turntable shaft.
o
Never use your microwave without any food in the oven area.
o
If the frame of the door or the seal is damaged in any way, do not use the
microwave again until it has been repaired by a qualified customer service
technician.
o
Customer service work or any repair work must be carried out by customer service
technicians who have been trained by the manufacturer.
o
If you detect smoke, close the door to the appliance and switch the appliance off or
disconnect it from the power supply.
o
The appliance must be supervised when food is being heated up in disposable
containers made of plastic, paper or other flammable materials.
o
The contents of baby bottles and food jars must be stirred or shaken before being
served. The temperature must be checked before the infant eats the contents to
avoid burns.
o
Keep at least 10 cm clear around the appliance.
o
Never use the metal grill rack when using the appliance just in the microwave
mode. Otherwise the appliance may be damaged.
NOTES ON THE GRILL AND COMBINATION MODE
o
Because the heat in the grilling and combination mode is radiated, please only use
heat-proof cookware.
o
When you are using just the grilling mode, you may also use metal or aluminium
cookware, but not in the combination or standard microwave mode.
o
Do not place anything on the top of the housing, as this heats up. Always make sure
that the vent is not obstructed or covered.
o
In grilling and combination mode, place the grill rack on the turntable and place the
food to be cooked on the grill rack. This positions the food nearer to the grill.
