After the update procedure has completed, the program should briefly display
“Checksum OK” followed by “Complete Flash update procedure”. Press the Exit
button to close the Rotel Upgrade Manager program.

Power off the unit via the rear panel AC switch, disconnect the RS232 cable and
power it back on.

After completion of the upgrade, it is recommended that the unit be reset to its
default configuration. With the unit powered on, press and hold the SPEAKER
B, TUNE/PRESET, and MONO front panel buttons simultaneously. Then use the
CD or VIDEO 3 buttons on the front panel as up/down cursor keys to scroll
through the options until the word SAVE is displayed. Then use the VIDEO 2
and VIDEO 4 buttons as left and right cursor keys to select SAVE YES to restore
all default settings. On power up, the unit will now be in its factory default
configuration.
