INSTRUCTION MANUAL
o
With this Party Grill you can always barbecue whenever you want to. Whether in
the sunny outdoors or in the comfort of indoors if it is raining, give your guests a
barbecue experience they'll never forget.
STARTING UP THE APPLIANCE
o
Wash the griddle and raclette pans with a mild washing up liquid and dry them.
o
Before using them for the first time, turn the setting to maximum for about 3
minutes so that the protective layer can burn off. The smoke that comes off is
completely normal and will not happen again in normal use.
o
Before the first use, lightly oil the griddle.
o
Note: The griddle is preheated to the ideal grilling temperature after about 10
minutes.
AFTER USE
o
You must unplug the appliance.
o
Leave the griddle on the appliance to cool down (never quench it with
water/liquid).
o
After every use, wash out the cooled griddle with washing up liquid; do not use any
abrasive cleaning agents.
o
Grilling
- Thermostat at maximum. Season the meat or fish and depending on the
thickness, grill it for around 2 to 4 minutes on each side, then add salt. Sausages can
be barbecued whole, but we do advise that you cut thick sausages into approx. 2
cm thick slices. Tomatoes, fruit and vegetables can be cooking away at the same
time in the raclette pans under the griddle.
o
Raclette
- When you start, turn the thermostat to maximum and then turn it down
gradually. Cut the cheese into approx. 5 mm thick slices and place it in the raclette
pans under the griddle. If there are additional pans, you can preheat or keep the
cheese warm on the griddle. Season the raclette to your liking with paprika and
pepper.
o
Toast
- Turn the thermostat to maximum, then turn it down gradually. Butter slices
of bread and put them in the raclette pans. Then top them to your liking with ham,
cheese, tomatoes, gherkins, fruit, etc. Slide the raclette pans under the griddle and
cook until the cheese has melted.
