Operation
• Insert the power plug into a socket. The status LEDs are active.
• Place the cookware in the middle of the plate and tip on the main switch. The HEAT
display LED blinks.
Notice:
The cooking plate is equipped with touch keys. To press a key tip with your finger on
the requested pad.
• To turn on the cooking plate, tip on one of the function keys. The preset power stage
“5” is selected and the device turns on.
With the +/- keys, you can change the settings at any time in range from 1-10.
1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest power stage.
• To select the target temperature instead of the power stage, press the TEMP function
key. The preset temperature ist “120°C”. With the +/- keys, you can change the
settings at any time in a range from 60 - 240°C
(Temperature stages: 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 and 240°C)
60°C is for warm-holding function.
• After the selection of the temperature or heat mode press the button TIMER to
activate this function. The display shows [ 0 ].
With the +/- keys, you can select the operating time 0 - 180 minutes.
+ for increasing timer in 5-minute intervals (up to max. 180 minutes).
- for reducing timer in 1-minute interval.
Then the display counts down the duration in each minute. Once the time is up, an
acoustic signal sounds and the device goes automatically into standby mode.
Notice:
During timer operation, you can change the duration at any time with the +/- keys.
With the memory function of the device, the power stage or temperature settings
remain unchanged here.
You can also change to the power stage or the temperature stage with the Function key
during timer operation without changing the preset time.
• After pressing the main switch the cooking plate will go into standby mode.
Notice:
In case of higher temperature the build in fan makes a auto delayed radiating for 0-5
minutes until the cook field is cooled down. Do not terminating this procedure.
The fan stops running automatically after sufficient cooling and prolong its service
live.
