Control Panel Overview
This section provides a basic introduction to the MC1-PANEL-16, including an overview of the different areas on
the control panel.
Figure 2.2 MC1-PANEL-16 — Top View
This area includes mnemonic buttons that allow you to toggle between multiple MC1-MK cards. Selecting a
button enables the MC1-PANEL-16 to control the selected MC1-MK card (assigned to the corresponding
channel) and displays its On Air Control interface in DashBoard.
› A lit orange button indicates that the channel is configured and available.
› A lit green button indicates the channel is selected and is active (on-air).
› A flashing green button with no other channel buttons lit indicates a loss of communication to the
MC1-PANEL-16.
› A flashing green button with other channel buttons lit orange indicates a loss of communication with the
MC1-MK card assigned to that channel. Verify that the Network Controller card housed in the same frame as
the MC1-MK card is functioning correctly.
You can quickly verify the IP address of the MC1-PANEL-16 by pressing and holding the active Channel Select
button. The IP address of the panel is reported in the Display Area.
This area includes buttons for enabling automation, and selecting a SqueezeBack preset.
›
