1. The pressure control knob is located on the right side of the
machine, directly above the engage button.
2. The pressure control knob when closed and tightened will force
the heat plates to close slower towards one another (Fig 1).
3. When the pressure control knob is open and loose, the plates
will close faster towards one another (Fig 2).
